Delivery times: Fedex EXPRESS
To most destinations in Europe and the USA: delivery within 2 to 3 business days
Rest of the world: Delivery within 3 to 7 working days
Follow up on orders
After placing your order, you will receive a brief email containing your order details as well as an invoice confirming validation of your purchase.
We will send you the tracking number of your parcel within 2 days to follow up the progress of your parcel on the Fedex platform.
You can also follow your order on the My Account page in the client area.
Fees and taxes
For all our shipping processes, the customer is responsible for all taxes and customs fees. All of our products come from Morocco, so you may be required to pay the corresponding customs clearance costs to import a product from abroad. You have a 14-day withdrawal period after delivery to request a return of products. The purchase will then be fully refunded including delivery costs.
The customer is responsible for the return costs plus any re-import taxes, unless the items received are incorrect or damaged.

Upon receiving the receipt that will be emailed to you, you can proceed to return the package with a tracking number. After the package is received by Tribaliste.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you of the correct handling of your refund.
You will receive the refund within 7 days at the latest.
